Cream Puff Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Bring water and margarine to a boil.
Add flour and salt. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Drop ten 1/2 cupfuls of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet to form 9-inch ring.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Cool.
