Minted Cucumbers In Sour Cream(Really Good And So Refreshing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers (1 1/4 lb.)
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1 hard-cooked egg yolk
    1/3 c. thick sour cream
    2 Tbsp. 5% cider or tarragon vinegar
    4 tsp. sugar
    pepper (optional)
    leaves from 3 or 4 sprigs fresh mint
Preparation
    Pare cucumbers thinly.
    Slice 1/8-inch thick into mixing bowl. Sift 1 1/2 teaspoons of the salt over cucumbers and toss gently to distribute.
    Cover and refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
