Classic 7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. butter flavored extract
    5 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. 7-Up
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. 7-Up (for glaze)
Preparation
    Combine butter, shortening, sugar and extracts in a large bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
