Chicken Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut up
1 large pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
2 lb. Velveeta Mexican style cheese, melted
2 cans Ro-Tel, diced
1 can sweet peas
1 can mushrooms
1 jar pimentos
onion and green peppers (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Pour into a casserole bowl.
Add melted cheese; stir until mixed.
Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake in oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until done.
