Alapilaf(Bulgur) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. bulgur (uncooked)
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. beef or chicken bouillon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add vegetables and bulgur.
    Stir constantly until vegetables are tender and bulgur is golden.
    Add seasonings and bouillon.
    Cover; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stir in parsley and pimiento just before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
