Chicken Tandori - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/2 c. yogurt
1/4 tsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 fresh chili pepper, chopped
3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

Whisk mustard and oil.
Add cumin and coriander.
Add remaining ingredients.
Marinate overnight.
Grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
