Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    Doritos chips
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
    grated cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender; let cool.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
    Mix soups and tomatoes together; add bell pepper and onion.
    In large casserole dish, break chips to cover bottom.
    Add chicken in bite size pieces; cover with soup mixture.
    Microwave 20 minutes on High; break up more chips in casserole dish and cover chips with cheese.
    Microwave 2 or 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
