Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 egg, hard-cooked
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce
Preparation

Drain shrimp and chill. Chill egg.
Line bowl with chilled lettuce leaves. Fill with mixture of shrimp and celery.
Cover with mayonnaise. Garnish with egg wedges. Serves 4.
