Bleu Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Bleu cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
chopped pecans

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except pecans, in a large bowl.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Serve with your choice of crackers.
