Caramel Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugars and cornstarch in pan.
Slowly add half and half and butter.
Stir constantly and bring to boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Cook for 15 minutes or so before serving.
Sauce can be used to dip apples or place apples in dish and pour sauce over.
