Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. milk
4 c. strawberries, washed and halved
4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, flour or tapioca
Preparation

In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Cut in 1/3 cup butter with a pastry blender or a knife and fork.
Make a well in the center and stir in 3/4 cup milk.
Stir briefly to mix, then put mixture on a floured board. Knead gently and briefly.
Set aside.
