Beer Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. beer
Preparation

Warm cheese to room temperature.
Heat beer to boiling point. Add combined cheese, mustard, pepper mixture.
Beat until smooth. Serve warm or cold.
Makes 1/2 cup.
