1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
cinnamon
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Roll dough out to 14-inch circle about 1/4-inch thick.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown; cool.
