Barbeque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups chopped onion
    3 cups chopped celery
    3 pounds chuck roast
    1 bottle catsup
    1 can tomato sauce, puree or paste
    Green pepper if desired
Preparation
    Put onion, celery and roast in pan.
    Cover with 1/2 cup to 1 cup water; cook until tender.
    Add catsup and tomato sauce; cook until thick, about 1/2 hour.
