Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix by hand and pour in lightly greased and floured sheet cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
