Corn Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 (9-inch) double unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced onion.
Add 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk almost covering onions.
Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour; sprinkle over top of pie and bake.
Can be served hot or cold. You can also put small pieces of bacon on top of the onion before baking pie.
