Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients
    in
    a
    large bowl.
    Mix well. Put 1 tablespoon\toil into an 8-inch cast-iron skillet.
    Pour batter into
    skillet.
    Bake
    in
    preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes about 6 servings.
