Savory Mint Lamb Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. leg of lamb, shank removed and fat removed (30 minutes per lb. roasting time)
    clove of garlic, cut
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 bottle thick steak sauce (A.1.)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Preparation
    Rub meat with cut clove of garlic and coat with flour, pepper and salt.
    Mix sauce ingredients:
    A.1., vinegar, catsup and chopped fresh mint.
    Place meat in center of foil.
    Brush meat with sauce and place 6-inches from glowing coals.
    Roast and turn every 30 minutes.
