Divinity Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white Karo
2 egg whites, well beaten but not dry
Preparation

Boil the first 3 ingredients together until it spins a thread when tested.
Pour half of the mixture over the beaten egg whites. Return the syrup mixture and boil until when tested in cold water it will crackle and be brittle.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cut into squares.
