Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 can sour cherries
Preparation

Pour cherries into baking dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/3 cup of the sugar over the cherries.
Mix all the ingredients together like cake batter; spoon over cherries.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0; bake for 15 minutes longer.
Serve plain or with cream.
It is delicious served with vanilla ice cream, also.
