Ice Cream(2-Quart Freezer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 pt. half and half
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs very, very well.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Beat several minutes until fluffy and sugar is dissolved (beating really well is most important).
    Add whipping cream, half and half and vanilla.
    Beat several minutes.
    Pour in freezer container.
    Fill with milk to about 1/2 inch below fill line.
    May use electric or hand freezer.
