Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fresh blueberries or huckleberries
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix by hand the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Add to flour mixture.
    Mix until moistened. Do not overmix!
    Very gently mix sugar, lemon peel, nutmeg and berries. Fold into batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. While warm, dip muffin top into melted butter, then in sugar.
