Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
noodles or rice
Preparation

Dredge meat in flour, salt and pepper; brown in hot fat.
Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon. Simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Add soup and mix well. Fold in sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
