Country Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices pork chop steak, cut in half
    4 large white potatoes
    1 large bell pepper (green), julienne
    2 large onions, sliced or cut round
    4 Tbsp. flour
    season to taste
    seasoned salt to taste
    2 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp. garlic (jar)
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour over meat (water).
    Bake steak in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until almost done.
    Add potatoes; cook 10 minutes, then add green pepper and onions.
    Cover until done.
