Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Soak coconut in milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, flour, eggs and butter; mix well.
Add milk and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
