Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or more fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Wash whole mushrooms and slice.
Add butter, onion and celery seed; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add bouillon cubes and boiling water and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
