Quick Apple Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 medium apple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped (about 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In medium bowl, beat margarine and sugar until well blended.
    Add egg; beat well.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and milk; beat just until moistened.
    Stir in apple. Spread batter evenly in spray-coated pan.
    Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve warm cake squares with Light Caramel Sauce.
