Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. boiled milk
1 tsp. anise extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt and nutmeg
6 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Bring
milk to boil and set aside to
cool.
Beat
eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, salt, nutmeg,
anise
and
vanilla extracts, then add milk that is cool.
Place
a
half teaspoon of brown sugar in each custard cup.
Pour milk and egg mixture into
each cup.
Place on a rack on top of
a
pan
of
water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
