Bacon Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
    3 strips cooked bacon, chopped, or 3/4 c. chopped ham
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    In a bowl, mix together yolks, butter, milk, either ham or bacon and seasonings.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, about 2 minutes.
    Gently fold into yolk mixture.
    Pour mixture into 6-ounce custard cups.
    Place in oblong pan that has been filled with 1-inch hot water.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 cups.
