    3/4 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces*
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    *Turkey or tuna may be substituted.
