Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. drained kidney beans
1/4 c. diced celery
3 chopped pickles (dill or sweet)
1 small onion, minced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
Preparation

Mix kidney beans, celery, pickles, onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix lightly with mayonnaise or sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Serves 6.
