Auntie'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. plain flour
    1 pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after.
    Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Beat in coconut.
    Pour into tube pan which has been well greased and floured.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    After cooling a few minutes, remove from pan and pour glaze over cake.
