Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard (if Crisco is used, you need 1 1/4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. or less baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg or 1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, lard, salt, baking powder and sugar until crumbly. Mix together water, egg or egg yolk and vinegar; add to first mixture.
    Thoroughly combine and roll out for pie shell.
    (I use 1/4 cup water and 1 egg yolk.)
    Freezes well.
