Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1 tsp. bottled gravy
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Preheat skillet to 325\u00b0.
    Brown patties well on both sides.
    In small bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk and gravy.
    Pour over patties.
    Reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until well done.
    Makes 6 servings.
