Jiffy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit or 2 c. unsweetened, fresh fruit
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients and pour over top of melted margarine; do not mix.
Pour fruit and juice on top; do not mix.
(To sweeten fruit, let it stand until juice comes up on fruit.)
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Top with ice cream or Cool Whip.
