Frankfurter Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices firm white bread
3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
6 eggs
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. franks
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. milk or more
dusting of paprika
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Remove crust from bread and cut in 1-inch squares.
Thinly slice franks on the diagonal.
Arrange half bread cubes in a well-buttered pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Place 1/2 franks, onions and cheese over bread.
Repeat these layers.
Beat together egg, milk and seasoning.
Pour mixture evenly over cheese and dust with paprika.
Add more milk if cheese is not covered.
Cover and chill overnight.
