Tea Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 lb. pitted dates
    1 c. light brown sugar
    4 c. Rice Krispies
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugars and dates in heavy saucepan.
    Boil for 6 minutes.
    Pour this mixture over pecans and Rice Krispies in large baking pan.
    Stir well to mix.
    Roll into small balls and coat with confectioners sugar.
