Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. peanut butter
    4 lb. 10x sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter together.
    Stir often or cheese will settle.
    Remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter to hot cheese mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add 10x sugar and vanilla. Mix well and spread into a greased pan.
    Chill, then cut.
    May add nuts or any type of chocolate for variation.
    Makes 6 pounds.
