Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 c. day-old bread cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 c. chicken broth
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In a large kettle,
    saute celery and onion in margarine 5 minutes.
    Add bread
    cubes, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Toss lightly.
    Stir
    in
    chicken broth and chicken.
    Mix well. Turn into
    greased,
    shallow
    baking dish.
    Over medium heat, brown bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons margarine;
    sprinkle over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
