Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    31-oz. can refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can nacho cheese soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    Round tortilla chips
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can ripe olives
    green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Spread refried beans evenly over bottom of 2 quart, lightly greased shallow casserole dish.
    Cook ground beef; drain and stir in taco seasoning mix.
    Spread over beans.
    Spread the soup over the meat and sprinkle the cheese over top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
    This can also be heated in a microwave at medium power just until cheese melts.
    Remove oven and garnish top with sour cream, olives and green onions.
    Stand the tortilla chips around the edge of the dish and serve.
