Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except shell. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. Cool. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
