Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked chicken breasts, diced
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. celery, cut fine
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can Chinese chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Stir all together and top with slivered almonds.
    Let stand 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
