Fish And Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 large Tbsp. butter
    4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes (about 6 medium sized)
    1 pkg. (1 lb.) cod or haddock fillets (use frozen)
    1 c. water
    2 c. milk
    1 tall can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    in
    butter until soft in kettle; add potatoes, frozen
    fish
    and water and cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until fish
    flakes
    easily
    with fork and potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
    Serves 6.
