Strawberry Cream Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    sweetener to taste
    dash of salt
    1 c. strawberries, sliced
    1 c. strawberry diet soda
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Pour soda in small pan, sprinkle gelatin over to soften. Bring to boil.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Pour into blender.
    Add lemon juice, salt and cottage cheese.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add sweetener to taste.
    Refrigerate until thick.
    Blend again for approximately 10 seconds.
    Gently fold in berries.
    Spoon into pie crust or serving dish.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
