Strawberry Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. whipped topping
1 pt. sliced strawberries
1 c. strawberry glaze

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place sliced strawberries on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spread cream cheese mixture over berries. Cover and let chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
