Sedrie'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute 1 medium chopped onion in 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Add, heating through, but not browning the ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Spread in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Add 3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Top with 3 more cups coarsely shredded cabbage.
    Pour over the top the condensed tomato soup.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 in moderate oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
