Country Pork Rib Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless country ribs
    4 potatoes
    4 carrots
    flour
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ribs. Dredge in flour. Brown in 1/4 cup of oil. Put in baking dish. Peel and quarter potatoes and carrots. Place between ribs. Add 1 can water to soup. Pour over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
