Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Make balls with ice cream scoop. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Pour off excess fat.
