Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. milk
1 lb. cheese of your choice
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole.
Pour uncooked macaroni into melted butter.
Stir until butter coats macaroni.
Cut cheese in small pieces.
Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Do not stir while baking.
When finished, it is golden brown and creamy.
