Au Gratin Potatoes(Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large or 8 small potatoes
    1/4 c. onion or/and onion salt to taste
    1 pinch garlic salt
    1 pinch Cajun seasoning
    1 pinch Italian seasoning
    salt
    pepper
    5 slices American cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    any other favorite cheese
    milk
    butter
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; leave skins on and slice in fairly thin slices.
    Set aside in casserole dish.
    Heat Mozzarella and American cheese in saucepan on stove.
    When cheese begins to melt, add approximately 1/2 cup milk and stir until cheese is saucy. Add Cheddar and/or any other cheese, more milk and stir (adding more milk if necessary).
    Stir in 1/2 stick butter and all seasonings.
    Pour cheese sauce (fairly thin consistency) over potatoes and mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
